What data we process

• Memorial creators: name, email address and payment data (processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers).
• Memorial content: information about the deceased person (name, dates, places, biography, photographs) provided by the creator, who is responsible for having the right to publish it. Data protection law does not apply to deceased persons, but relatives may exercise the rights recognised by law.
• Visitors who contribute: the name they choose to display and, optionally, an email address (never published).
• Technical data: server logs (IP, date, page) for security and abuse prevention.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to provide the contracted service (publication and maintenance of memorials), to moderate contributions, to send service emails and to comply with legal obligations. The basis is the performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.

Retention

Memorials are published indefinitely as part of the contracted service. Moderation and log data are kept for the time strictly necessary.

Recipients

Payments are processed by Stripe. Emails are sent through our email provider. We do not sell data to third parties.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification or erasure by writing to [pendiente de completar por el titular]. Relatives of a deceased person may request the removal or correction of a memorial by proving their relationship.

This site only uses technical cookies that are strictly necessary (session and security). No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are used, so no consent banner is required.
