The service

[pendiente de completar por el titular] offers the creation and hosting of online memorial pages ("memorials"). The price is a one-time payment: there are no recurring fees and the memorial remains published indefinitely while this service exists. If the service were ever to be discontinued, we would give reasonable notice and provide a way to download the memorial content.

Review and publication

Every memorial and every visitor contribution is reviewed before publication, normally within 15 to 60 minutes (it may occasionally take longer). We may ask for changes or decline content that is unlawful, offensive, false, or that infringes the rights of others. If a memorial cannot be published and no reasonable correction is possible, the payment will be refunded.

Your responsibility

Whoever creates a memorial declares that the information is truthful, that they are entitled to publish it (including photographs) and that they act with the family's consent where required. You must keep your private management link safe.

Content removal

Direct relatives may request the removal or correction of a memorial by writing to [pendiente de completar por el titular] and proving their relationship. We may unpublish content that breaches these terms.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. As the service (review and publication) begins immediately, you agree that execution starts upon payment; if we have not yet published the memorial you may cancel and be refunded.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific search-engine rankings. Google indexing depends on third parties.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
