Víctor Alperi Fernández fue un novelista, ensayista y cuentista español, polifacético escritor asturiano. Fue director primero, y presidente honorario después, de la Fundación Dolores Medio, además de impulsor y pieza fundamental en el mantenimiento del premio de novela corta "Casino de Mieres".
