Safi al-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri was an Indian Islamic scholar, teacher, and writer affiliated with the Salafi movement. He is best known for his biography of the Islamic prophet Muhammad, Ar-Raheeq Al-Makhtum, which won a prize at the 1978 Muslim World League-sponsored Islamic conference on Prophetic biography (seerah) in Mecca.
