Santiago Bernal Gutiérrez fue un fotógrafo español, integrante del grupo de los fotógrafos sociales, de inspiración netamente humana. Encuadrado en la Escuela de Madrid, en la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Está considerado uno de los fotógrafos españoles más importantes del siglo XX.
