Ruth Bondyová byla izraelská novinářka, spisovatelka a překladatelka českého původu. Vlastní tvorbu psala hebrejsky i česky, do hebrejštiny přeložila celkem přes čtyřicet českých knih, několik jejích hebrejských knih bylo přeloženo do češtiny.
