Raúl Caballero Escamilla fue un sindicalista y político mexicano, miembro del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI). Fue dirigente sindical de los trabajadores de Nuevo León desde 1971 hasta su muerte, y dos veces diputado federal y una senador.
