Raúl Brañes Farmer; fue un médico cirujano y político chileno, miembro del Partido Radical (PR). Fue diputado de la República durante cuatro periodos consecutivos entre 1937 y 1953, ejerciendo la presidencia de la Cámara en dos oportunidades.
