Rafael Lincoln Díaz-Balart y Gutiérrez fue un político cubano. Díaz-Balart fue líder de la llamada Mayoría en la Cámara de Representantes (1955-1959) durante la dictadura de Fulgencio Batista, y también desempeñó el cargo de subsecretario de Gobernación (1952-1954).
