Juan Franklin Anaya Vázquez, más conocido también como "Panka Anaya", fue un economista, diplomático y político boliviano. Fue también el ministro de Asuntos Urbanos de Bolivia desde 1985 hasta 1989 durante el cuarto gobierno del presidente Víctor Paz Estenssoro.
