Osvaldo Jorge Bayer fue un historiador, escritor, periodista, intelectual, profesor, sindicalista y militante político anarquista argentino. Vivió en Buenos Aires y tuvo domicilio en Berlín, donde se exilió antes de la última dictadura de Argentina (1976-1983).
