Oscar Raúl Bidegain fue un médico cirujano, tirador deportivo y dirigente del peronismo argentino. Militante de la tendencia de izquierda del movimiento justicialista, fue elegido dos veces diputado nacional por la provincia de Buenos Aires (1948-1955) y se desempeñó como Gobernador de la Provincia de Buenos Aires entre 1973 y 1974.
