Frederick Munroe Bourne was a Canadian swimmer who competed at the 1928, 1932 and 1936 Olympics in the 100-metre freestyle, 100-metre backstroke and 4×200-metre freestyle relay events and won a bronze medal in the relay in 1928. He was eliminated in the preliminary rounds of all his individual events. Bourne won the 100-yard and 4×200-yard freestyle competitions at the 1930 British Empire Games.
