Miguel Javier Higinio Aljovín Swayne fue un abogado peruano que ejerció como fiscal de la Nación en el periodo 1997-2000 y luego fue procesado por el presunto delito de encubrimiento tras archivar una denuncia por enriquecimiento ilícito contra Vladimiro Montesinos, exasesor presidencial durante el gobierno de Alberto Fujimori. Sin embargo, debido a su muerte, el proceso en su contra se extinguió.
