Mario Mateo Cantón Spiña, Lideró un Movimiento por los derechos de jubilados y pensionistas. Abogado y político uruguayo perteneciente al Partido Colorado. Fue además gobernador del Leonismo uruguayo y tiempo después también fue elegido presidente del Consejo de Gobernadores del Leonismo en Uruguay.
