Luis Guillermo Álvarez de Lugo Santana fue un pintor y escultor venezolano, exponente del realismo figurativo y de la Escuela de Caracas. Es ampliamente reconocido por su prolífica obra paisajista, ecuestre y retratista, así como por su labor fundamental en la reconstrucción visual y preservación de la memoria histórica de la capital venezolana.
