Leopoldo Ramón Pedro Calvo-Sotelo y Bustelo, i marqués de la Ría de Ribadeo y grande de España, fue un ingeniero de caminos y político español. Fue presidente del Gobierno de España entre febrero de 1981 y diciembre de 1982, durante la i legislatura de la etapa democrática posfranquista.
