Leo Matteo Chiosso, agli inizi della carriera raramente accreditato come Roxy Bob, è stato un autore televisivo, drammaturgo e paroliere italiano, in gioventù rugbista a 15 nella formazione del GUF Torino con cui fu vicecampione nazionale nel 1941.
