James "Buffalo Jim" Barrier was an American wrestling promoter for National Wrestling Conference in Las Vegas from 1994 to 1998. His legal struggle with business owner and landlord Frederick "Rick" Rizzolo, who owned land occupied by Barrier's auto repair business, was covered by the media during the early 2000s.
