Jaime Bendersky Smuclir fue un arquitecto y pintor chileno de origen argentino de la segunda mitad del siglo XX, gran exponente en arquitectura del Movimiento Moderno en Chile y representante en pintura de la corriente hiperrealista. Entre los edificios que proyectó destacan el Edificio Kennedy, el Edificio La Candelaria, el Edificio Embassy y el Edificio Parlamento.
