Guillermo Dierssen Gervás fue un médico español, profesor de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad de Cantabria. Neurocirujano pionero en cirugía estereotáxica y creador de la Asociación de Afásicos de Cantabria. Desarrolló gran parte de su trayectoria en el Hospital Universitario Marqués de Valdecilla, en Santander (Cantabria).
