Fernando Arduz Ruiz fue un guitarrista, arreglista, director, musicólogo y compositor boliviano. Conocido en particular por sus arreglos de música boliviana para guitarra y por haber dirigido la Orquesta de Cámara Tarija, posteriormente denominada Orquesta Juvenil Tarija.
