Ernesto Cortázar, fue un compositor, arreglista y pianista mexicano, nacido en la Ciudad de México y fallecido en Tampico, Tamaulipas. Hijo del también compositor Ernesto Cortázar que fuera fundador y presidente de la Sociedad de Autores y Compositores de México.
