Ernesto Alayza Grundy fue un abogado, jurista, profesor universitario y político peruano. Fue uno de los fundadores del Partido Popular Cristiano y del Partido Demócrata Cristiano. Desempeñó los cargos de diputado de la Asamblea Constituyente de 1978, senador por Lima en 1980 y ministro de Justicia en el segundo gobierno de Fernando Belaúnde Terry, desde el 3 de agosto de 1983 hasta el 10 de abril de 1984.
