Erika Cremer fue una físicoquímica alemana y profesora emérita de la Universidad de Innsbruck, considerada una de las pioneras más importantes en cromatografía de gases, ya que fue la segunda en concebir la técnica en 1944, después de Richard Synge y Archer JP Martin en 1941.
