Jorge Edmundo Eluchans Malherbe fue un abogado, empresario, dirigente gremial y político chileno, miembro del Partido Conservador Unido (PCU). Se desempeñó como diputado de la República en representación de la 6.ª Agrupación Departamental, durante dos periodos consecutivos desde 1957 hasta 1965, ejerciendo en el segundo la vicepresidencia de la Cámara.
