Donato Bilancia, detto Walter, è stato un criminale e serial killer italiano, condannato a 13 ergastoli per aver commesso 17 omicidi tra ottobre 1997 e aprile 1998 in Liguria e nel Basso Piemonte. Noto con soprannomi quali mostro dei treni, mostro della Liguria, serial killer delle prostitute o Walterino, è stato definito da alcune testate giornalistiche come il più spietato assassino seriale della storia italiana.
