Carlos Raúl Contín fue un político argentino, dirigente de la Unión Cívica Radical. Fue gobernador de la Provincia de Entre Ríos durante el período 1963-1966, en el que ejerció la presidencia de la Nación Arturo Umberto Illia, también de la Unión Cívica Radical del Pueblo.
