Carlos Eduardo Álvarez Igarzábal fue un militar argentino con el grado de almirante. Fue comandante general de la Armada desde mayo de 1973 hasta diciembre del mismo año, bajo los mandatos presidenciales de Héctor José Cámpora, Raúl Alberto Lastiri y durante dos meses durante el tercer mandato de Juan Domingo Perón.
