Camila Ashland Russo was an American actress best known for her work on the stage. A native of Chicago, she began performing as a dancer in vaudeville as a child. After training as an actress at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, she moved to New York where she had an active career on Broadway from the 1940s through the 1970s. She was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Play for her performance in Black Comedy/White Lies in 1967. She was also active in American regional theatre.
