Arturo Álvarez Ramírez fue un ingeniero químico y catedrático universitario mexicano en la Universidad de Guadalajara (UdeG). Durante sus treinta años de labor docente, fue pionero en el diseño del material docente para los estudiantes de Ciencias Químicas. Está en proceso de canonización.
