Ricardo Armando Buendía Gutiérrez fue un abogado, jurista y político peruano. Fue ministro de Justicia del Perú durante el segundo gobierno de Fernando Belaúnde Terry, desde el 3 de agosto de 1982 hasta el 3 de agosto de 1983, y diputado de la Asamblea Constituyente de 1978.
