Antonio Juan Baseotto fue un eclesiástico católico argentino, miembro de la Congregación del Santísimo Redentor. Fue obispo castrense de Argentina, desde 2002 hasta su renuncia en 2007, siendo removido del cargo en 2005 por su crítica al Gobierno argentino por su política sanitaria oficial, principalmente en cuestiones referidas al aborto. También fue obispo de Añatuya, de 1992 a 2002, siendo obispo coadjutor entre 1991 y 1992.
