Alfredo Arpaia fue un político italiano, que fue diputado del Parlamento italiano entre 1982 y 1983. Arpaia ejerció como Presidente de la Liga Italiana por los Derechos Humanos entre 2002 y 2016 y desde 2017 como miembro del Consejo Nacional del Corpo Italiano di San Lazzaro.
