José Alberto Bustamante Belaúnde fue un abogado y político peruano. Fue presidente del Consejo de Ministros del Perú durante el gobierno de Alberto Fujimori, desde el 10 de octubre de 1999 hasta el 29 de julio del 2000, y ministro de Justicia desde el 13 de octubre de 1999 hasta el 25 de noviembre del 2000.
